Cuinneog have been producing traditional Farmhouse Country Butter and Natural Buttermilk since 1990. Our products have a unique flavour, methods used. The fermentation of the cream prior to it being traditionally churned, shaped and then hand wrapped gives the enhanced flavour. This production method takes four days unlike mass production in large manufacturing plants. We are very proud to produce such distinctive products where the wisdom of generations has been combined with modern innovation to create flavoursome food of extremely high quality.
